How to set Edge Client Certificate Selector default

In Internet Explorer, there used to be an option you could select to have the browser not prompt the user if there was only 1, or 0, client certificates that matched what was being requested.
Is there any way in Edge to get the similar behavior? I do not want to be prompted with a client cert selector when visiting specific sites that require said client cert on edge, how do I achieve this? Is there an option I can set, some configuration/registry value, etc?
