What apps can you not download on microsoft lumia 640 xl?

You are mistaken, WhatsApp and Facebook are both in the Store. Snapchat and Periscope are not though.

Just check out the Store if you can. There is a dearth of applications and even apps that are present are often inferior. So be careful.

Latest deficiency I've found is no tivo app. So unable to stream college New Years bowl games to Windows phone or tablet while I'm traveling. Have to use my android phone. Also flew out on United Airlines and flying back home on Delta. No Delta windows 10 mobile app. Have to take my android phone instead of windows phone so I have apps for both airlines.

With all that, when I return home, I'll probably go back to the L950 as my daily driver. I like using Outlook email and calendar better on W10M better than on Android Marshmallow.
