Asking for a password which wasnt set-windows 10

[Windows Central Question]

i have deleted my local user account and then restarted , login page is displayed with deleted user account name and it is asking for password which was never set. i dont have cd/usb flash for password reset. how to login/reset the password now. no microsoft account is linked to it.
