surface 3 with docking station recommended monitor

hi , i recently got myself a microsoft surface 3 (non pro) version. I bought it with its own surface 3 docking station. The surface 3 device, it has a resolution of 1920 x 1280 . The docking station advertises "The Mini DisplayPort connection delivers high-definition video resolution of up to 3840 x 2600 DPI. " . So my question is, what is the best possible monitor i could buy to enjoy the best visual experience possible using this surface 3?. I only use the surface to surf web, watch movie (netflix,hulu,hbonow, etc..) Any recommendation is appreciated.
