Is there any way to roll back to previous insider build?

I had my phone updated last night, (Lumia 950) since the update it freezes constantly to the point of making it useless to operate. What to do ?

That's a risk of the Insider program. You can either try to tough it out, erase the phone or go back to Production.

Hi, I don't believe there is a way to roll back to the previous build.
To reset your phone to official builds you would need to use the Windows Device Recovery Tool.
However you would be wiping your phone, so make sure you have a backup.
