- when i bought the acer laptop, it was working great. after using several times, windows 10 updated the laptop, things started to go bad. first the wifi was erratic and i had to manually set it up every time. eventually it gave up and stop internet access. i had 2 pc repair looked at it and both told me that the driver was not loading properly. they suggested to use dongle instead of expensive troubleshooting. i did bought one, - that was 3 months ago. now after several windows 10 upgrade, it is doing this again. almost like any pc is not good for windows 10.01-16-2017 12:44 PMLike 0
- I have similar issues with my Lenovo Ideastick and one of my HP PCs. I always get a no valid IP configuration message or connected but no internet access message when I boot up either of them. I run troubleshooting, but get no fix. Usually, after five minutes or so, the issue magically fixes itself. Sometimes, however, I have to reboot the PCs two to three times before the wifi starts working.01-16-2017 01:33 PMLike 0
