Surface pro 4 printing issue.

Surface pro 4 shows "out of paper error" after loading paper in tray with a HP Laserjet Pro MFP M477fnw and will not print documents. The Windows 10 desktop pc will print with tablet showing "out of paper error", and minutes later after PC prints the tablet print queue will then suddenly print. is this a compatibility issue from windows 10 mobile. HP has an "out of paper error" problem on some printers but its displayed on the printer instead of the tablet. All on a network.
