I cannot download any app or game on Windows 10 store?

I am updated and logged in on Windows 10... It will not let me download any game or app!! Help please!! Thank you

Why does it take 7-8days to download anything sometime longer updates won't update

Which Windows 10 Phone do you have? Where do you watch YouTube videos - on website or app?

Try downloading/updating over a good wifi connection?

You could try a hard reset of the phone, but it sounds like either your WiFi is not working correctly or your ISP has a problem. Your experience is very unusual. Try setting your router to a different WiFi channel, and power cycle your router as well. Try a friend's WiFi to see if that solves things.
