Recent Hardware Change on Windows 10 now can't activate even with digital entitlement

Long story short (hopefully). My primary home desktop machine I had activated to windows 10 pro during the free upgrade. Later on I decided to give Insiders a try to help out. So everything has been great a couple of hiccups here an there. So I decided to move my hdd to my home built machine because my (old primary) hdd was going bad and other machine is faster. During process everything worked fine but now I can't get it to activate even with the troubleshooting option. Reached out to MS and they said they don't support insiders. So did I just lose my license because I changed hardware even with digital entitlement if so that is horrible and sad.

You totally changed hardware, motherboard
Activation helps verify that your copy of Windows is genuine and hasn’t been used on more devices than the Microsoft Software License Terms allow. Depending on how you got your copy of Windows 10, activation will use either a digital license or a 25-character product key.
