right click context menu not showing installed programs

i am having trouble with win 10 right click context menu. Installed programs that used to work when right click was pressed are no longer there on new build 1607. for example i used to right click the file and on the old build had the option delete it (unlocker) or if it was a video file to find out info about the media (mediinfo)
