Unanswered Question - Solitaire - Daily Challenges

Although I have seen several questions, none of them address my issue. I recently had Windows10 installed on my computer. I can access Microsoft Solitaire Collection but cannot access the games under Daily Challenges or Star Challenges. I hit Solitaire Collection from main window and the next screen shows the option of playing several games, playing the Daily Challenges or playing the Star Challenges. I can select a game, but then the screen goes black and the circular dots appear....and nothing ever happens.....I have had the computer reviewed by a local repair service. They tried to access the games to no avail. It is their belief that Microsoft needs to issue an update. Is any update available to correct this issue?

Looks like an old bug under Windows 8.1 and W10.

Have you tried posting in the Microsoft help forums for a good answer?
