hello, my windows 550 wont start

[Windows Central Question]

well, my windows 550 froze yesterday and i pulled out the battery, restarted it and it kept the microsoft logo on for a long while, i pulled out the battery again and tried to restart it, it has failed to till now.

Have you considered bringing it to a service center? Or using the device recovery tool from your PC while your phone is plugged to your PC?
