    If when I delete the pictures I send/receive through viber, the pics also gets deleted from viber servers, then I have no issue. If they are kept in the servers even after I deactivate my account, I would not like that.

    This might be something Viber are better suited to help you with. Chances are, if you deactivate, all your data should be permanently deleted from Viber's servers.

    That would make sense anyway.
