Within the last few months I got an issue: Exchange mail account is setup to use sound notifications, however without any reason phone stopped playing sounds while notifying of any new emails. All settings are set up correctly. Any other email accounts work fine.
Rebooting the phone does not solve this issue. I've tried using different sounds or turning the sound off and then back on without any success.
Only removing Exchange mail account and setting it up again resolves this issue but for a while. Any idea. Thank you. Alex K.
