Lumia 640 XL Application Support Issue

[Windows Central Question]

I am using Lumia 640 XL dual sim phone, few days back, suddenly it stopped supporting OLA app. Even I have noticed that some other applications are also crashing a lot.

Please let me know if there is any sulotion.

Hi, what is the OLA app?
Can you use the website through the Edge browser?
There are a number of things you can try to resolve your apps crashing.
First try a soft reset.
Also check your phones internal storage isn't out of space.

Did a hard reset fix the issue? Also, I too want to know what the OLA app is, can you tell us?
