A 2nd Windows accent color?

Wouldn't it be cool if Microsoft allowed users to choose a second accent color for the background of their task bar, start menu, & action center? This isn't exactly a question, but a concept to ponder; because having the same color background as the live tiles is kinda ugly.

What you are asking is something that leads into a prolonged discussion.
