Windows Central Question

My OneDrive plan gives me 1TB storage capacity. I want to upload music files with a capacity of 299Gb but when I go to upload I get a message saying I need an extra 171Gb.

I don't understand.

Can anyone explain please?

Thanks

Hi,

Did you get the 1TB from the old deal Microsoft had? or did you pay for it?

if you got it from the deal, then it might be an issue of Microsoft simply blocking you from adding any new files until you drop below a certain level.

This should give you an idea:

However if you paid for the storage then this is definitely sth you need to mail MS about.
