So, are you looking into the Windows Device Manager and seeing a device showing up as an unknown device? If you double-click on the unknown device and look at the Details tab, you can see some details that may explain this device is. It may show a hardware ID or something in the Device Description that you can Google (or Bing!) to find a device.
With that information, you'll be able to download the driver from the manufacturer's website.
