Log into your Microsoft Account in a browser. Click on Devices tab. Click on Find My Phone link for the exact device and use the options there.

Just follow these simple steps:

1. After successfully Login your account on other PC (which was using by you in Lumia Mobile).
2. Go to account.microsoft.com/devices.
3. Choose the phone you want to find, and then click Find My Phone.
4. There, you can find an option to 'Lock' your device.
