Email accounts keep disappearing in W10M

With the most recent update, I have had issues with my email accounts disappearing from Outlook. Additionally, my pinned contacts also disappear from the Start screen and my contacts seem to unlink themselves too.

I completed a Hard Reset and did not restore, but it still occurs. I'm having to setup my email account (two O365 and one IMAP) several times per day. My Outlook.com address is not affected.

Any thoughts? Is anyone else having this issue?

To clarify, I had all of these email accounts successfully installed in every previous version of W10M and WP8.1.

Using an Alcatel Idol 4s on build 15063.0

Also noticing random duplicates in my contacts. Some are exact copies while others have names only.

Silly question but did you make sure the Outlook Mail app on the device is up to date from the Store?

This has happened to me twice now. This is the must frustrating thing I have dealt with thus far. I have 4 different email accounts and all but the one linked to my login on the phone just disappear. When I resetup the accounts and go to update my notification settings, the accounts now have names like 62F172D1-***** instead of the account name. This needs to get fixed soon!

Well, I was on fast ring, but to be safe, I did a hard reset and went back on production ring. I'm now on 10.0.15063.297 and it just happened again!

I can't find anyway to remove the account remnants. Plus, this just shouldn't be happening.

I have had this happen several times on production builds on my Lumia and Surface. Got Google and exchange Accounts
