After updating to the creators update any 1080p videos from youtube and twitch will lag.

This has not happened before the update. My gtx 560 was able to watch up to 1440p on youtube and using the "source" option on twitch. I have formatted my hard drive twice and I am still getting the same lag. I have also used CCleaner at first I thought it worked, looked at a video and it was working fine but going to watch another and it lagged again. The audio will sometimes keep going then it will freeze while the buffering screen shows up even though it has already cached most of the video already. Any Suggestions?
