Windows Central Question

I didn't ask for it. I thought I had deleted it. It came back. It scrambles my saved documents and will not reopen them.

Assuming this is NOT a Windows Phone question. If it is, I have no idea if my suggestions will work for you.

Suggestions :
Do them in the order they are listed.

1. Do a system restore. Pick a date BEFORE you installed Uneta Unzip as your restore point.
https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/4588-system-restore-windows-10-a.html

2. After #1 is completed, go to This PC > open C drive :
open Programs Files folder if you are using a 32-bit OS,
or open Program Files (x86) if you are using a 64-bit OS
look for Uneta folder and delete it.

3. Right click at Start button > left side, click Run.
In the Run box, type regedit > Enter > click Yes.
Left side,
expand (click the pointer in front of) HKEY_CURRENT-USER
expand Software > scroll to find any folders related to Uneta Unzip.

4. Run a Full Scan of your anti-virus program.
If you don't have one, suggest you install Malwarebytes.
Malwarebytes will offer you a trial version, install it and run it.

Hopefully you will not see that Uneta anymore.

P.S. If you need an unzip program, use 7-Zip.
It is FREE and it is well established and highly recommended.

**** adding...........
Do NOT install any program from the website without checking with reputable forums such as Windows Central to make sure it is SAFE.
There are many rogue programs waiting for someone to bite. Don't get scammed.
