how can microsoft actually ask ppl to remove a file before proceeding ?????

hey we want to update your windows 10 but pls delete 36 gig game file so we can proceed.........you can reinstall again afterwards .......at your own cost....

1. We are not Microsoft, we are a bunch of enthusiasts here.

2. Your post is very vague and isn't quite clear what you want.
If you're asking for someone to come and delete a game for you to make space, that isn't practical to do. You're going to have to do it yourself, and the "Programs and Features" section in the "Control Panel" is the way to achieve that usually.
