Creators Update new power uptions

I noticed new options in "power options". The one I'm asking about is the maximum processor frequency setting. It is set at 0% by default. Should I change this to the maximum boost frequency which is 3800mhz for my cpu or the max frequency before boost which is 3100mhz? Or will leaving it at the default "0%" setting do all this automatically? Thanks for any help.
