Alcatel 4s viber problem

Hi, i have Alcatel 4s with windows and have problem making and receiving calls with Viber. The phone is ringing but when I try to answer Viber call, nothing happen, don't hear anything. Also from the other side it appears as I am offline. I can send/receive text and pictures normally trough Viber. Does anyone have the same problem?

I'm in the same exact situation, as you described. Same phone, same issue(s). WhatsApp is also causing problems: Can't send videos over any type of network.

Well my Viber hasn't been working for quite sometime, on Lumia 950 XL ,will install back and reply

I would like to hear from Alcatel owners. I also have Lumia 950 and have no issues with Viber. If this is Alcatel issue only, we should address it to Alcatel directly. They can issue firmware update to fix this problem.
Based on number of responses here, there is not too many Alcatel owners who use Viber.

I have the same issue. Shouldn't it be a Viber problem? It's the software that is not working on the phone.

Exactly same problem. Works fine with 950 XL, Doesn't fork with Alcatel Idol 4s

Same thing here. Installed Viber, messaging is good but calling is not.
If I call someone, it only shows calling but no ringing. If my friend call me, it shows incoming call but when answered no voice and my friend said it cannot connect.

I've got this exact same problem with Viber on my Alcatel 4s W10 phone. Also similar problems with FB Messenger video calling. Has anybody found as solution? In addition to this, Waze doesn't work & gives me a "Check your internet connection" error message whenever I open the app.
