guys help!! LUMIA 930 iN REBOOT LOOP

okay so my lumia 930 started behaving weird since last week.. simply shutting off at times and freezing when connecting phone to charger.. yesterday night it entered a bootloop and I did a hard reset and a roll back windows 8.1 today morning.. it was working then ... after like an hr it again went into boot loop after that even on flashing os multiple times its still in boot loop.. any help will be really appreciated!!! thanks in advance !

hmmmm seems like hardware issue?
