Is Microsoft going to release any new phones on Verizon now that they have excluded the one Microsoft phone that Verizon sold from CU build and future builds?

No. Microsoft is out of the phone making business.

But Verizon could decide to sell Windows phones from other makers such as HP or Alcatel. I would not hold my breath waiting.

If Verizon ever becomes GSM only, you could get your Windows phone from a 3rd party.

Nope. Microsoft looks to be done with phones and for the most part, so do other manufacturers. Let alone a Verizon model.
