    I've been having an issue with the store lately. when I go to the downloads and updates page it's just blank. there's a check for updates button and when I click on it it reacts normally but nothing pops up. I don't even know if I'm getting app updates. I've tried running wsreset but that didn't work. anyone else have the same problem/know how to fix it?

    My suggestion is based on Windows PC, might not work the same if you are using a WMobile.

    The tutorial I posted to you is NOT by "someone from the internet".

    He is the Administrator of a very well known and heavily frequented forums.

    I tried the code and it did not work. I don't 100% understand the error message but I think it's saying it can't find the store folder where the command says it should be. but thank u for the link anyways

    How long ago is " lately " ?
    If it is not too long ago, do a system restore.
    Pick a date when Windows Store was working correctly as your restore point.

    Sounds like someone has Store removed from the system.
    If that is the case, a reinstall of Windows 10 is required to restore the Store.

    Please let me know if system restore I suggested to you on post #6 did the trick or not.
