windows 10 mobile update 10.0.15063.251 error

I am using Lumia 530 and have had update 10.0.15063.251 on my phone for a few days but it won't install as it needs 1.3 GB memory and I have all my photos, music, etc on my memory card, but I have deleted all apps that store on my phone but still nit enough memory as the phone is 8Gb, 3.1 is taken by system stuff and 3.8 by apps like OneDrive, Xbox etc that cannot be deleted or moved and another 486mb taken by 'other files'. So how can I do this update? The unmiveable/undeleteable system stuff takes up almost 6.95gb of an 8gb phone!

OneDrive is using 1gb but I thought the files were stored offline? Can anyone tell me how to stop OneDrive taking up so much space?

Can anyone tell me how I can do this update?
Why don't they make them smaller? Or stop preusing so much memory to make them impossible?

I have exactly the same problem. I cannot remove pre-loaded apps from internal memory, and thus there is not enough memory left for the update.
