Would you mind disclosing what problems you have that prompted you to do Reset ?
Maybe we can help you solve the problems without having to do Reset.

If Reset is impossible, the next option is to do a Repair Install.

Repair Install allows you to keep your files, settings and apps.
    No product key is required.
    Activation is automatic.

Which Win 10 version do you have ?
If you are not sure, please do this......

Left click at Start button > click Settings > select System > left side, at the bottom, click About.
What does it say under :
    Edition
    Version
    OS Build

    Please post back the answer.

If you have no intention to keep your files, settings and apps, do a Clean Install.
    Will that be acceptable ?

Strange. We had a dell venue 8 pro upgraded to windows 10 home. We have always enabled encryption while on anniversary update. Now that its on creators update i just noticed encryption is no longer available.
