Windows Mobile getting inking?

I think its a fairly standard list for Windows devices. I think you're reading into it too much.

1. None support inking, and W10M has no pen support.

2. Future Windows Phones are unlikely to appear.

3. I'm not going to bet on seeing much more feature updates for Mobile.
