If have purchased several tablets over the years but my sister is totally tech adverse! Will there be enough simplicity to get her started?

Will there be enough simplicity to get her started?

1. Not unless she is WILLING to learn.
2. Not unless SHE finds it NECESSARY to use a computer.
3. Not unless you are willing to teach her.
4. Not unless you ease her anxiety and apprehension by starting her with a much simpler operating system, i. e. an Android tablet.
Let her get to become more at ease with the "intimidating" technology. Then ease her in to Windows OS.

I have a high school alumni who is a retired professor. She knows next to nothing about computer and afraid to learn. Not easy to teach someone who is USA and I'm in Canada.
A professor who knows no computer ?
Her excuse : " There were no computer classes in university back then".
