Can't install QB Pro 2016

How do you install QB Pro 2016 on a new laptop with 10? Absolutely ridiculous something so easy should be made so difficult!

If I were to hazard a guess, I'd say QuickBooks but I'm not sure what is going wrong here.

Installation should be the same on Windows 10, 8, etc.

Could it be the laptop has Windows RT not full Windows 10? In which case only apps from the Windows Store can be installed. What is the brand and model number of the laptop?

Which laptop are you using? I'm running QuickBooks 2016 on my Windows 10 laptop just fine.

Also, QuickBooks does offer support for stuff like this. I'd recommend reaching out to them if it's a software issue.
