I have problem in connecting to my faculty WIFI

have problem to connecting to internet wifi of my faculty, for more than 1 week I try to reconnect to the eduroam that I 've connected before, and at that time it said i can not connect to this network!unfortunately I can not, the problem is jumping in user and pass. It means when I put my user and try to put the password suddenly the words I put jump and disappear. I reset the phon to the factory setting but it does not work. Even at the beginning it doses not get the user and pass. I updated the phone to last updates, but again it appears as before and all I put run and disappear.
It really put me in trouble .i do not know if I go home it will distinguish the home wifi or not!!!

Have the same issue, WP8.1 and the anniversary update seems to work good, but creators update and windows 10 pc no, i can no longer sign into my college's network ☹
