When is Surface Phone gonna launch?

Is surface Phone real. When are they gonna launch?

I don't think there is something like Surface Phone or any another windows 10 mobile, as Microsoft is not paying attention of Windows Mobile. If there is any chance they got new Phone, it may be Windows 10 S with C-Shell.

Andromeda is real, but its not "surface phone" (As far as I can determine its a detachable dual screen clamshell design), and no idea when it launches.
