My Lumia 950 recently has suffered a flaw in the microphone level for telephone calls (participants cannot hear me besides a faint sound) and voice notes (I cannot hear my notes besides a faint sound); however, the microphone level for video capture seems fine. I have attempted cleaning the microphone holes and using the windows device recovery tool but nothing seems to work. Has it got something to do with the proximity sensor malfunctioning? Thinking I am much closer to the microphone than in reality? Any ideas on how to fix the issue?
