Nvm. Got it. Looks like somehow the profiles on the phone for my account git corrupted. I had to add as a brand new account and it synced everything back in. So now i have two same outlook ids listed one working. One is not working and it wont lemme delete the bad one either. Oh well i guess time to do a factory reset...
