MMS not working Icon or Alcatel idol 4s

I've been having problems for some time on my Icon not able to send or receive MMS picture messages.
I thought it might be the phone Because I kept getting new builds and and none of them seemed to fix the problem. I'm using Straight Talk but never had problems before , Icon using Verizon and Idol using T-Mobile sims.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. Hope I can check answers on this site Windows Centrals new site sucks. Can't use it With Edge (Can't log in with Microsoft account) and barley usable with Chrome

Make sure your cellular data is on. If so, make sure your MMS APN settings are correct. Never assume that all your settings migrated correctly after an update - particularly a Preview Update.

Thanks for the response I fixed the problem.
Went to T-Mobiles site and put in there settings in instead of the ones from Straight Talk. Phone is working perfectly.
Here's the setting if anybody needs them.

APN: fast.t-mobile.com
MMSC: http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc
