Remix 3D models lack quality

I want to import a 3D Model of a HoloLens into PowerPoint. But somehow the HoloLens looks totally different (worse) than in the preview of the model. When I import the model into PowerPoint (or Paint 3D), there are colors missing and for example the glass is not transparent anymore.
Any ideas? Maybe I have to transform the model.

Sorry, I'm not a SketchFab user at all. I have no idea how color correction between that would work. @pkcable, this would be better served by someone who does 3D art. I don't know any of our regulars that do that.
