Is there a way to upgrade to windows 10 but skip the download part

Hi All,

I've started upgrading a friends PC to windows 10 and i have already downloaded all the temporary file however when it went to the install part it just froze causing me to restart the laptop. My question is, is there a way to skip re downloading all the files?

What was the exact error? If any? Can you give us more information? Chances are you may have to download the update entirely again.

There was no error, just stuck on 99% for about 4 hours. I figured that's what i would have to do so i did start the download again, was just hoping that there would be a quicker way
