Hello,

I reset my Nokia 930 (not restore) and reloaded the Rogers Phone App (tells me how much data I have used) on W10m

Now that I have a new HP Elite x3 - I can no longer get the app, even though it is in My Library. I can't find it in the store.

Is there any way to make the app think I am back on W8.1? Or is there a way to side load it?

Thanks,

Mr. V wp_ss_20171029_0001.jpgwp_ss_20171029_0002.jpg

Sounds like they never made it W10M compatible, hence why you can't download it to your new phone. Unfortunately there is nothing you can to resolve that, besides go back to a Windows 8 phone.

That is strange because I was able to keep in on my W10m Nokia 930 - even after a factory reset (W10m)... Or is it because when I got it, I was on W 8.1, but upgraded to W10m. even if that the case, I never downloaded it until the phone was on W10m

bummer - handy app

As you said, you were on WP8 and upgaded to W10M. When you did that you lost all apps that were also not compatible with W10M.

Hi Ryujing,

Yes, was on WP8.1 as that is what Nokia 930 came with, but I upgraded to W10, right away THEN installed the apps. It is because it was a WP8.1 phone originally I can do this?
