Contact Alcatel?

Hello,

I have an Idol 4S...but I have not way to contact them because I don't have an account. I could not find a sign up spot.

The phone number does not work in my region..

Trying to get some help around desktop Whatsapp and why the phone won't read the QR code....

Yes, I did - I tried to login but could not. Also could not find an email address to contact. But the link shared gave me a contact screen - gave that a go!

Contact them and if you have twitter bring it up there. The only way this can be fixed by the looks of it, is through a firmware update. I'll bet my tmobile idol 4s on that.

If you think Alacatel is going to issue a firmware update based on Twitter traffic, I'll see your Idol and raise you 10 iPhones.
