I just want to buy a tablet whose battery can be swappable easily.

I've done some research and found that the Dell Latitude 10 and Dell Venue 11 have removable bat battery. But they are quite outdated at this point.

Is there any Windows tablet out there that has removable battery?

If not, I'm okay with non-removable battery as long as replacing the battery is as easy as unscrewing a few bolts and no heat seal.

Why do you want a removable battery? You will likely have a hard time finding a second/replacement battery for any tablet, if that's what you're looking for. I haven't seen any recent ones where spare batteries are available.

Also, many newer tablets will have issues if the battery is removed, because a small amount of power is needed at all times to maintain BIOS settings (including the time, and in some cases, settings that are required to start Windows).

Some tablets, and basically all laptops, and desktops usually have a small second battery (like a coin cell) for keeping this information. You'll certainly need one with this if you want to be able to swap the battery.

If you're just looking to be able to replace the battery in a few years when it loses its capacity, you can go with basically any, that doesn't use adhesive. But still, whether you can find a battery is a whole other issue.
My personal experience is with HP, where the replacement instructions are publically available, and it's almost always T5 screws, no adhesive. It's super easy to replace parts in almost any HP system, although some require special magnetic tools (like the ElitePad), but that's an exception. If you're looking at an HP tablet, give me a model if you want me to check it for you.

    Dell Latitude 7285 2-in-1

It's not removable removable, but it's "unscrew a few screws and unplug" removable.

It looks like it starts at over $4500. WOW!

This is the one I was looking at, although I hope I didn't mix up models or something, I think there's a non 2-in-1 7285?

Latitude 12 Inch 7285 2-in-1 Business Laptop | Dell United States

Thankfully at least that starts at $1,199!
