When my computer comes out of sleep mode, a Bing page opens automatically

Lately Bing has been hijacking my computer. I managed to get rid of it from my Google Chrome using a spyware removal tool but now a bing page automatically opens when my computer comes out of sleep mode. I tried multiple suggestions and it seems none of these work. I've looked at regedit but I don't seem to have the files that they suggest to change. My Cortana doesn't look like any I've seen. Its black and white and doesn't have the slide switches that I see on youtube etc.

I am running windows 10 on a desktop
