Export contacts from Windows 10 Mobile to Amazon Echo?

My sister wants to use the video calling feature of her new Echo Show, but she's still using a W10M phone (no Alexa app.) Has anyone successfully exported contacts to their Echo and enabled Echo calling/messaging without using the Alexa app?
