We just purchased 13 new Surface Pro Tablets. we have issue where end users connect these to external monitiors to "Extend" their desktops.
We use Real VNC Enterprise Edition version E4.6.1 (we have a license for this) to remote on to provide assistance but on these new tablets the display in the VNC Viewer is messed up. As in, it shows the both screens in the viewer but only on half the screen the rest is a black canvas. The image of the two monitors should be stretching over the full screen rather than just half. If I change from extend to Duplicate in the Project options the single screen appears the way it should.

We have some Surface Pro 3 and 4 and we don't have this issue with them so I am assuming it is a driver or display setting with this particular model. I have updated the drivers and installed all windows updates but still same.

Your advice is much appreciated here please.
Regards,
Liam
