Windows 10 Pro, Version 1709 (OS Build 16299.371)
I built the Pc about 2 yrs ago. No problems with the following until I upgraded to Windows 10.
I can’t restart/reboot from Windows 10. When I try it says ‘restarting’ the screen goes black the PC stays on but nothing happens. I can shut down from my screen but the only way I can start is by pushing the button on the computer.
