My Hp elite X3 wifi wont turn on? Tried hard reset

I bought a new Hp Elite X3, and since the start i been facing this issue of Wifi not Turning on. Every time I try to turn on the Wifi " the mobile tells me either to restart, or try again later". Hotspot has the same porblem. Bluethoot will also not turn on. I have performed a hard reset, also reset my mobile. I am at total lost about what to do?

Put a ticket in with HP Elite Support.

try WDRT re-install, that might fix it, if not then it sounds like a hardware issue and it needs to be replaced
