Microsoft's strategy has always been to promote and make products for developed market. They take years to reach full global availability for their products except for Windows and Office. There are features that are not available worldwide from the start and I think that is the main reason behind the failure of Microsoft's consumer based products. Products like Groove music were not available worldwide neither is Movies and TV or books. Microsoft does not sell products via Microsoft store in countries China and India nor does every feature of Cortana is available in every country. The Bing search engine is no good for developing countries and so on. What do you think about this topic?
