usb3.0 fresco logic FL200 display adapter not working

[Windows Central Question]

i was buy USB3.0 display port , for connect my laptop for 2 external monitors.

1.one of the monitors is connect via HDMI to DVI cable , from the HDMI port inside the laptop.

2. the second monitor connect via USB3.0 TO HDMI adapter from usb3.0 port inside the laptop.

inside display settings i see 3 monitors , but the monitor with USB3.0 TO HDMI don't show output is showing blank screen

*operating system , and drivers i have.

windows 10 home version 1709
fresco logic USB Display driver
NVIDIA Geforce Driver
i have GTX950

inside device manger , the display adapter is updating for this date

WHAT CAN BE THE PROBLEM , AND HOW I FIX IT!
PLEASE I NEED HELP

You need the adapter that goes the correct direction. I had the same issue and then had to get a different adapter.
